Place your website into different IP. does it matter?

I've people telling me that your hosting does not give you the flexibility of add ip to the dedicated server like Kimsufi but does it really matter? I just gotten myself a dedicated server and later only to find out that kimsufi does not provide additional ip. I am planning to make couple of hundreds sites (but the sites are legit blog site) will google adsense penalize all of the site ? if they found out something wrong with the sites.

I think what you are saying is your hosting doesn't offer multiple IPs and you want each site on its own dedicated IP. Well you could use cloudflare to solve this issue.

Just make sure to only use the DNS records which are important on cloudflare panel.

a lot of them say if you have many sites and if one site is flagged, putting risk to other sites too.
just wanted to know anyone follows the rule strictly when creating the site and assign one unique ip to it.

I just got my IP masked to CloudFlare, after reading much on the DMCA threads in the forum and other forums, most are saying CloudFlare will just give out the hosting info easily when there's a DMCA complain. I just like CloudFlare's HTTP proxy returning different IP addresses, that's all.
As for DMCA, I am hosting it offshore in europe datacenters so hope, that my hosting will ignore them. I am not hosting any porns or fileservers, just maybe some copyright material here and there. I am using ClouDNS too, I like their service because domain name registration can be paid using bitcoin. So identity is some how anonymous there.

All cloudflare does is forward the DMCA request to hosting. As you said the hosting is offshore, so DMCA shouldn't be an issue.
