what is the best place to sell some sites i got, these are niche sites, i hear good and bad things about flippa

I've used Flippa in the past with success. It really depends on the type of site you are using. There are some great deals on there and some really crappy ones. You need to offer something interesting. Flippa's also filled with seasoned vets who will only buy your sites for bottom feeder prices. You can always choose not to sell after you've listed.
