Pixelscan shows 4g proxy's IP is blacklisted in databases

I'm testing 4g proxy, IP type is cellular and ISP is T-Mobile, however, it's blacklisted in databases.
Usage is for social media account creation & account login.

Does it affect to create new account in social media?
Anyone knows about those blacklist databases and how to read and think them?

Pixelscan says:
ISP: T-Mobile USA
Static IP Score: 0.01
User type by IP: cellular

IP is blacklisted in 7 databases:
-cbl.abuseat.org
-dnsbl.sorbs.net
-pbl.spamhaus.org
-sbl.spamhaus.org

Email databases will contain many 4G IPs and can be ignored.

For most of the times, it's safe to use those IPs in account creation and everything will be allright. Check what services like ipqualityscore and scamalytics says about those IPs.

But even then, if the IP hasnt been used on the social media site you want to create account in past 24 hours or more, you should be fine.

4G are probably the most trusted proxies out there when it
comes to proxies, so your probably fine .

Nothing to worry about. There are some websites that "blacklisted" 60K+ AT&T mobile IPs, which is complete nonsense.

We usually se better results with account creation, preparation and while doing ads themselfs if there is not a lot black list listings of our proxy ip pool.

So, often we will ask to get next one till we find where there is lower blacks

Just use pixelscan for fingerprint check not proxy detect
