Pixel cloaking help!

I have found the way to place a pixel on the thank you page of an offer to track conversions, this obviously leaves footprints for cpa networks to see where your traffic is coming from... How would I go about hiding footprints and cloaking this so networks can't see where my traffic is coming from.
