Pivot to a new service

Hi guys and gals. It has been a long time since I posted anything here and it has been quite a great ride ever since I started posting on this forum. What most of my time is consuming is running my Virtual Assistant agency which is generating around 15k-20k USD a month.

When I was dreaming about starting an online business I set a goal for myself to be making 1k USD per month. I even edited my zero balance paypal account on photoshop to have 1k USD.

Fast forward to now, I am going to be changing my online business to be more of a digital marketer. Running ads, cold email campaigns, newsletter and social media instead of growing my Virtual Assistant agency.

Running a Virtual Assistant agency takes too much man power compared to running a digital marketing agency.

Any tips from people who are successfully running a digital marketing agency?

Hope this helps.

Start with freelance platforms. Work for 3-6 months, get 10+ clients, text them by email, and then try to sell them free services if they refer you.
