I know this is thread necro with the previous post being a full year previous, but it got me curious about the ebook. I did a little searching around, and all references or sales pages seem to have been removed/deleted. Is it still even possible to purchase it?

Actually "liiloo" reopened the thread to comment on taxing or something. I noticed the thread and wondered about the ebook since it had so much support. Since it's no longer available, oh well.
