I think piratebay is closed. The one that is working now is kat.cr and torrentz.eu. Why pay them? they are free to use. If you really want to pay you can use bitcoins. It is a semi anonymous decentralized currency. To hide trasanction you can send your bitcoins to mixer first, then after that your payment would be very hard to tract unless they got the records from the mixer but most mixers delete there records in few hours.
