Even OVH is not good for that. Avoid them at all costs. Providers like Hetzner, OVH can suspend at anytime.
The best way to use Hetzner is getting a VPS and creating a reverse proxy > Hetzner.
Once Hetzner receives an abuse they may suspend the server.

All your competitor has to do is report you. There’s ways to find your hosting provider even if you’re using cloudflare or some other DNS service.

but if ur after storage space, youll be looking for companies based in europe or oceana who dont legally need to follow americans dmca laws and then a server based in a similar country.
eg. checz company selling netherland servers.

Create a reverse proxy in offshore hosting and done, DMCA is ignored
You can create and even setup 2-3 differents reverse proxies with cheap offshore vps.
Now, DDoS-Guard is much better handling with DMCA, than Cloudflare, DDoS-Guard is more resistant.

Definitely not. Hetzner enforces DMCA and other copyright notices strictly. Even if you self-host on Storage Share, once abuse reports come in, they'll shut it down fast. If you're experimenting with storage for scraping or automation, there are safer providers, but for anything illegal it's not the route to go.

hetzner will kick your ass bro they dont even allow anything remotely BH so dont, if you need servers like that msg me i can hook you up which can handle anytthing
