By clear cache and hard reload I meant the people who use the white theme, not the browser.

Working as usual.. you should check your internet connection.. maybe slower connection sometime doesn't loads properly.. or clear cache like above members suggested..

Just use the black theme instead of white theme. I don't think many use white theme.

Solved, I logged out and when I logged in again, it was normal (I use black theme)
