How many proxies are your using?? For every action like follow, unfollow, repin etc there are more then 1 limits.

I try make like/repin and then follow but I get just 8 follow back from 300

I have a 50% follow rate , all you have to do is follow targeted pinners

yes it works for me now. i follow 200/300 user a day from my niche group boards and follow rate is 20-25%.. not big but its really good percentage.. it is not 2011 or 2012 when everything was easy on pinterest.. nowadays its way more complicated.. so 25% follow back is good result

but keep in mind that i do it manually, and i follow only users who have profile pictures.
