pinterest tag dosnt show in tag manager

hello , I installed correctly the tag pinterest into my site ( I tested with extension chrome : fire / and also I tested the site with test live in pinterest the event are detected well ) BUT in tag manager the tag dosnt appear and the " install tag manager still there " still show instead , its being long time now about 4 hours . should I wait more than 24 hours to detect the tag or what ? help please

Double-check that the Pinterest Tag is properly set up in Google Tag Manager.
