having own followers takes time... you have to work hard and have patience
so my advice is this
start the main account from which you will pinning very carefully and growing your follower step by step
and at the same time have another dummy account from which join to large group boards and pin from website and drive traffic to that website
you will be winner in both ways. first one is really hard but it's worth after few months, and second one is fast way to earn some money but it will last too long

I choose only first one. Without any risk.
And i have a question about follow/unfollow method.
At this moment i have 2.2k followers and i following 3.5k people. Now start unfollow process or still following people?
I follow 200 ppl per day. Its ok?

in fact it depends on that account itself
if your pinterest account is aged (for example more than 1 years old) then yes you can go and do heavy follow/unfollow method (like 300/400 people per day)
when my accounts were fresh i was following 50 people a day for first week and then adding 100 people a day. and was not following everyone at once, was following some in morning and some at night

The best thing you can do is try to get in alot of boards, while you grow your main account.

I tried this method with different IPs for every account. Pinterest bans your new, small accounts very fast. I think they notice that you join group boards to fast with the new accounts. It doesn't matter if you post your content or other's people content in the group boards. Pinterest is very restrictive now with group boards.
IMO, the safe way to do it is to slowly grow your main account or several accounts using Private Proxies.
