Pinterest tactics discussion

I don't see what you would get banned for if you do all of your work naturally and organically?

For example, if I log in every day and add a pin for each new page on my website, why would that be frowned upon? Pinterest is all about sharing info on the web.

I feel as though you would get banned if you were caught with multiple accounts, spammy stuff, etc... But not just for promoting your own site.

How the hell are you supposed to rank up in pinterest ? I have quite alot of re-pins and likes, but i am not even in first 50 of my keyword.
 
i am new to pinterest will just pinning my post will get me visitors?
 
can someone tell me if i want to unfollow on pinterest, what statistics would some unuseful and unactive user have.

  4. Daily: Like 20-30 pins
  5. Daily: Follow 30-100 users
