It depends what you did with that account. But if you got it suspended twice I guess your activity violates their TOS too much. Write new email, you lose nothing to try. If they don't restore it create a new account. I run at least 10 accounts at a time to be safe if one gets suspended.
I followed about 120 people a day, pin only pictures from my website about 50 pictures every 24 hours. I often pin Bikini Girls to my motivation Board. But i don't think this is against their TOS because its no nudity.
Maybe someone reported me as spam because i often chose the same description for my Pins.

Are you pinning to groupboards? That's where you'll get the most likely spam reports. Why were you suspended the first time?
I got lot of group boards but i don't pin to them. All my pins go to my own Boards which i created.
The first time i got suspended because someone reported some of my Pins as Spam. So they unsuspended my account. The first time my account got suspended was at the 25 of march.
Yesterday i connected them again, until now no response.

Mommies reported you for pinning those Bikini Girls For Sure.
and were you post original content or just pinning or repinning a picture by changing links.
Because in that case they wont unsuspended you in my opinion.
as I was delivered a mail in which they clearly said I was spamming and they aren't going to unlock my account in any case..

I think so too, and this is fu***** ridiculous.
I was just pinning stuff from my two self hosted websites using a imacro script. So i don't changed any links from that pins.
My website are picture website and there are no spamy ads.
I have done everything to stay under the radar. I even got only 2 account.

If you got suspended from pinterest, You were spamming or posting nude pictures for sure!
Nope different images all the time. This was only a example which type of images i have pinned.
Did you connected them? Did you got a response?

Not much Visitors about 500 daily, but they are very targeted so you can use them for CPA.

I've got 1k followers and i was generating 500/1000 UV to my blog !
500 UV for a 6k follower account sounds like there are some problem!

This is true. This was very strange my i got only 500 uv daily from pinterest. My Sites wasn't blacklisted.
