So I had an email from Pinterest (not new I'm guessing) asking me to Upload my Shop basic info:
People come to Pinterest looking for ideas from businesses for what to do or buy next. Now, there’s a simpler way to get your products in front of them.
With Pinterest Catalogs, you can turn all your products into Pins with a single upload. Then we’ll pair them with people already shopping on Pinterest. For even more reach, promote specific product groups with Shopping Ads.
We get about 30k unique views a month 1200 or so engage.
My question is and for those in the UK. Is it worth doing? Have you seen much uptake IF you have "created" a store as I don't get what's different to just creating a pile of boards?
As I said, at the moment we have boards created for our store and we just pin new products to that. Most of the traffic we get is US based and we only ship inside the UK/EU and from that traffic, we get maybe a handful of sales as a result.
