when your account is well established and you have around 200 folllowers you can start pinning your own pins and do about 25-30 a day.

Interesting, my settings/limits were similar to yours yet my account got banned a few days ago :/
Argh, must be me though. Going to do some more research.
Really only like 30 pins and comment on 10? thats seems so little!

How many accounts do you have per IP address? This might be your problem,I only have 1 account per IP.
I am using followliker.
The only bot I have ever used was instagress for instagram and thats not even a real bot.
Im still getting used to it.not sure of some things

like they said..stay on the safe side and be like a human. I am adding 100-200 followers per day...now the game is to get followers back
