pinterest question

Hey ladies and gents, first wanna thank you for reading this.

I am doing a pinterest thing, I created an account uploaded a profile picture and setup description I added about 10 pictures to 1 board so far and have 24 followers and i'm following 517 people in total. The thing is now I can't follow anyone else.

Everytime I try to follow someone new I get the message below, any tips?

Wait some time.

Don't follow more than 200-300 per day if you have a new account.

i follow around 100 per day and till now i didn t have any issues, also create more boards, add more pins so that you ll get more exposure to new potential followers

Thanks for the suggestions, it seems like I can follow about 10-20 people every couple of hours so around 100-300 per day if I am persistent with my following throughout the day.

I will add more boards but for now I don't have that many pictures to pin. I typically pin about 10 pictures a day.

how do you guys source massive amounts of images to pin?

This is sort of a pinterest journey for me. I don't have a website I just plan to get up to about 10k followers pinning between 10-20 pins per day, once I have that many followers I'll start to add my affiliate link to say 15% of my daily pins so that would be 3 affiliate links at most if I made 20 pins in a day.

but for now I am at following 700 and being followed by 35.

you will have to wait for more people to follow you

well that is obvious, you followed too many people, and you won't be able to follow anyone else until some of those that you have sent request do accept you.
If you wait for some time and they do not follow you too, just delete those following requests and send others to other people. Else i don't think is anything else to do.
