Hi

I have been doing some tests with Pinterest using pinblaster (50 accounts) and also manulally with some accounts. All acounts are live, the pins are being posted on boards but since today, i simply receive zero visits! I found that the pins are not being shown on the page of the corresponding category. I have already deleted boards, and created new with the wrigth category but the pins still do not appear on the category page corrrespondente which I think is the main source of traffic. Wonder what happened to anyone here? Is the escape me something?

Nope, they appear to be ghosting pins if they believe they are spam. There is a discussion about this on the pinblaster private forum.

Sorry, but where i can find the pinblaster private forum?

hmm.. i did not know this is a NEW problem?
i have been playing with pinterest for 2 weeks manually with only 1 account posting no more than 5-8 pins a day. i only got less than 5% of pins on the category pages!?

according to my observation, everything goes on "everything" but category page seems to show only fraction of pins, some 3 pins in every minute. it seems normal to be left out of the category pages. I wonder why you did not have the problem before?

I am doing some tests with brand new accounts. I will try to see what can make a new pin to be listed in category page.

As far as I know, they stopped allowing all pins to get to the category page a long time ago..

This is exactly why I've decided to stay on the up and up with Pinterest, the potential is HUGE, even without going blackhat or spamming it to hell.
It's actually the only Social Media site that I don't resent using :D

how is your experiment going? got any findings? i know it has nothing to do with image source (referring URL). It has nothing to do with the status of the account, such as # of followers.

I am guessing it's random and perhaps each account is assigned some kind of quota.

I can't follow anyone at the moment - hit the follow button and it appears to work but go back to the same profile and the red 'Follow' button is back.

I can like, pin and repin but just not follow - very strange!

my following says 0 but I have ppl posting pins on my boards.. ?????????? WTF

Dude, you have 2 options when you edit the settings of your board: Permitted to pin - Only Me and Me+Others.

Wanna guess what's next?

Last days i have seen that most times, in each account, the first post of each day goes to cathegory page most times.
