Pinterest No traffic :/

Hello guys,
I posted 5 pins in diffrent groups here are stats:
pin 1 - 2 likes, 4 repins
pin 2 - 0 likes, 0 repins
pin 3 - 1 like, 5 repins
pin 4 - 0 likes, 1 repin
pin 5 - 0 likes, 5 repins..
Guess how much traffic I got from all this? ONLY ONE(1) VISIT! What's problem?! First I typed only name for example
chocolate cake and I though that maybe that could be problem so I added chocolate cake recipe! Anyone know what I should do?

you cant just post 5 pins and expect 5 k traffic -.- . There are a lot of factors like niche and quality of the pins and if the same picture isnt pinned every 2 hours.
But again .... you cant just post 5 pins and expect to get a ton of traffic .... sometimes i post 100 + pins a day . Plus you have to wait , sometimes a pin can go viral after even a week or two .

That's true. But, problem is that LOT of people repined and liked my pin.. Total my pins got 3 likes AND 15 PINS! 15 PINS! AND ONLY 1 GUY VISITED MY SITE . I expect from this much pins and likes at least 10 visitors. That is unrealistic? :P
 
That is unrealistic. Pin stuff for days dude. Trust me. Try take one day off to only pin stuff throughout the day. See what happens then.
 
5 is not enough. That's a game of numbers most of the time. If you post a lot (better with some software o automate everything) then you can expect some amount of traffic.

Yeah, but then my domain will probably get blacklisted by pinterest :P
 
Pinterest traffic is sucking ass at the moment.. The site is strict as fuck... They are been banning domains, proxies and account, dont forget the ghosting.

I would recommend to stay off and look at the different avenues

Why in the world would you just stuff the same domain everywhere on pinterest? hide your domain and rotate links.
 
ugh dude 15 repins is ...crap .... your lucky you got 1 visit from it . Like i said , sometimes i pin more then 100 pins a day , and one of my pins got 1k , yes 1 000 , one thousand repins and only brought 200- 400 vists to my site . So dont expect gold from 5 pin , if it would be that easy everyone would be gangbanging pinterest , as they are now thats why a lot of sites are getting blacklisted and so on .
 
Ive been doing close to 1000 pins everyday for the last week from 1 account and didn't had any problem till now exept being kicked out of some boards.I allways pin the same 5-6 pins to all the tables related to that pin every 2 hours, depending of how many contributors there are and how fast my pins go to the bottom.I bring minimum 1k visitors to my website and in good days even 2.5k-3k.
 
If you want traffic don't post just to Pinterest, find a list of 30 Pinterestlike websites and post to all of them. My website has 60%+ referral traffic, Pinterest gives me aprox. 50 daily visitors... Also, try Stumbleupon, it get can give you large amounts of traffic. I get from 400 to 2000 daily visitors from it...

Sound advice. Just gotta have patience :)
