Pinterest is all a tad confusing to me. What are the best settings to grow your Pinterest account in MassPlanner? Links to helpful threads appreciated

In my experience, Pinterest is slow to grow a following compared with other platforms like IG and Twitter. Check the Mass Planner forum and FB group. Some people share their settings there.
