You mean as in managing a pinterest page? Yes, you would want to create pins for that board and engage in niche related subjects. Look up on lists or details, ideas that make nice pins. Use Canva to create this pin and keep doing that to increase your followers.

Know the ins and outs of Pinterest. Maybe do some Pinterest managment for free or low price to get small references and show what you can do. After you get real v comfortable managing accounts start finding jobs on Upwork or sites like that.

Firstly, you should understand how Pinterest works. Then, get some courses on Udemy or some similar sites.
After that, start a new social media management career on Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
