It's all about what's on the other side. They'll happily fill out an offer to get something relevant, like free groceries or something. Also, as long as you keep it simple zip/email submit stuff you should have no trouble seeing conversions.
 
but if you look at the picture, she was annoyed that the picture took her to a wendys offer..
 
Any data on smartphone or tablet impact with Pinterest? I would think the MMS message potential could go viral if you had a large enough text distribution list to get either affiliate embedded tags or web traffic with an affiliate partner.Esp-Adult sites;-) Any thoughts?
 
lol now why would you put a link to a wendy's offer on a picture of a "slow cooker pot roast"... that's not exactly targeted. If you post links related to what you're pinning, you'll probably get better results.
 
The CTR on Pinterest is possibly the best out of all social networks....

The problem is the bitches warn each other about bogus CPA crap. Don't waste your time with it....and if you get enough bitches that ring the alarm, the big P bans your site.

Awesome slow cooker? Really? I don't even think the dumb broads will think a slow cooker is awesome.
 
Pinterest is a good way to endorse, advertise and present your products and services to people in the net. The audience in social networks are ready. However, you need to make an effort to catch their attention since in social networks, a lot of users are preoccupied with a lot of things. If you don't get their attention, you don't get anything out of them.
 
Well if you ran a Google Adwords campaign with banners and text about an "awesome pot roast slow cooker" or whatever and then the url led to a Wendy's gift card CPA, you probably wouldn't see high conversions there either, but that doesn't make Adwords complete shit. Campaign quality is about just that: your campaign, not the platform.

i agree. don't always blame the platform. maybe the problem is your non-converting spammy method! i do admit that the quality of pinterest traffic is not amazing, but the large amount of traffic that you are able to get balances everything out. i am promoting CPA and getting conversions, pin images that are related to your offer or else you are basically wasting your time :) and use a landing page, don't direct link. filter out all the bad traffic.
