Pinterest Group Boards

How do you contact a group board and get added? I see people asking for "new pinners" and I have a 7k+ follower account, but I just can't figure out how to get ahold of the "leader" of the boards to get access. Any help woiuld be appreciated!

when on the board page, the furthest left icon of the group members is the board creator.

You can leave a message on one of their pins, but often they will specify a preferred manner of contact on the group page or their profile.

When you are on the board that you want to join, click on the admin profile




go to his Pins (www.pinterest.com/ADMIN_USERNAME/pins/)


and comment on a photo that was pinned by him. Explain him in that comment what board you would like to join and in some cases why you would like to join.

Now a days pinterest is heavily spammed by group pinners
So first make sure you have some quality content on your profile, like 10+ boards having almost 1000 pins in total

Then use this search term to find out group boards in your niche
siteinterest.com "1000..100000 followers" KEYWORD -intitle:followers "contributor"

Just replace KEYWORD with any of yours like DIY, travel, FOOD

after that just contact board owner by method explained in above post, or some times instructions to join boards are given at top in board description
