Does anyone know the current follow limit per hour or day for pinterest currently? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Also, is it true that if you unfollow right away you still leave the user a notification that you have followed them? I read that on a couple threads already but just wondered if anyone had any input. I tested it myself and it does work but don't really know to what extent.

So wait 24 hrs because the notification thing doesn't work? Or that's just what has worked for you? Thanks for helping out

300 per hour, it won't let your following/followers ratio go over 20:1 after the first couple hundred follows.
They will see the notification and email that you followed them, and it doesn't say anywhere on your profile that you are not still following them so yeah, it's all good.
So long as you ramp it up at a reasonable pace, you should get 6-12% to follow you back. I like to just keep following until I hit the hard 50K limit so I don't waste resources re-following the same people. That's worth 4500-5500 followers, then just unfollow 300 every couple hours for a few days to take the pressure off.

There's a lot of disabled stuff and they go for the upsell, but there's enough free numbers to remind you that you're making progress, when you're having a shitty day and you want to look at that kind of thing.

You can follow over 1k but use it wisely and carefully.

I unfollowed over 800 people today and no warnings yet. Going to wait until tmrw and see about unfollowing 1600 people see what happens!
