Hi!

How can I use Pinterest to make money, and what are the best ways to earn from it?

If you are currently making an income from Pinterest, I'd love to hear your experience and the methods you use. Also, is the income enough to cover your daily lifestyle?

I have found affiliate marketing and selling digital products to be the most effective Pinterest strategies. The biggest advantage is that good pins can keep bringing clicks and sales for months rather than relying on posting daily.

That's really a good idea. How are you managing it, Please elaborate the process a bit.
 
tbh the biggest mistake people make starting out is pinning direct affiliate links. pinterest hates that now and you will get your account suspended pretty fast. you really need a basic blog or at least a landing page to send people to first. i tried doing direct affiliate pins last year and got flagged within a week. once you have a bridge page though, it works. @Evertone is spot on about the lifespan of pins though, i still get traffic from stuff i posted like 6 months ago. but yeah, it takes a long time to build up to a full time income.

What works for other might not work for you, it depends on the approach from people's side but thanks for your insights.

I totally agree with you. what happens here is that while pinterest needs to be very specific indeed, but when you have a working sales funnel, the results will be much better than just the click. It is vry imprtant to try out different pins and offers.

Pinterest will be an effective platform to generate traffic for your own property such as affiliate marketing posts, blog posts or even an online shop. I would choose only one niche and make useful pins while tracking clicks/conversions.

imo it is made post click on pinterest nd not on pinterest. the idea here would be to build pins on issues where people are actually looking nd drive the traffic to ur website, affiliate marketing content or even product page. some niches could actually get off the ground doing this but i would try generatting solid targeted traffic first.
 
I'd say Pinterest is better for driving traffic than making money directly. Affiliate marketing, digital products and blogs are the methods I'd focus on. It takes time but consistent traffic can turn into a decent side income.
 
I think Pinterest works best when you use it to drive traffic to something you own like a website affiliate offers or digital products I would also be interested to hear from people who are currently earning consistently from it

Hello, you can make money on pinterest by putting links either affiliate or your own products's and services's on your pins. The income is built slowly, you will probably see solid results after 4-6 months. I don't have enough income from pinterest alone to sustain me, but it can be scaled upwards. Last but not least pinterest can drive traffic for YEARS, so if you put affiliate links to your money site you are definitely going to have some traffic.
 
Funneling traffic for affiliate campaigns would be the most obvious answer. Pinterest is a decent platform for overal lifestyle/design traffic.
