Pinterest + CPA question

OK, so I'm promoting an offer that converts well to me, so I decided to scale it up - add another traffic source - pinterest.
It looks like pinterest traffic doesn't convert to me at all. Sent loads of visitors - had 0 sales.
Do you guys have any success with pinterest + CPA? or it's just me...

Trying to crack this puzzle as well. Adsense and Amazon seems to work best for me. How are you sending traffic to the offers? I just have banners on my websites and those are less-than-moderately successful with only a handful of conversions this year.
