Pinterest Collaborations

Is it possible to do cross promotions & collaborations on Pinterest? I have a big audience in other social networks but I'm a beginner in Pinterest and I have no time left to do marketing in Pinterest so maybe I was thinking if there is a way to do collaborations where a partner takes care of the pinterest marketing and I take care of sending traffic to the pins..would make sense this in pinterest? or what other collaborations & cross promotions are you doing?
