Pinterest Business Accounts Revealed

Pinterest is now allowing business accounts instead of using the old first name/last name setup. They're also introducing a new tool, a widget that allows a company to showcase their latest pins from their website. This is definitely going in a direction where IMers will be able to monetize more often from Pinterest. They also say this is a 1st step which means there is more to come. This showcases another fact that Pinterest is here to stay and will continue to grow. What do my fellow BHW members think about this?

Nice... maybe it's time for me to digg into Pinterest. There was not a lot of action going there in the last few months.

Interesting, do they ban accounts? I don't think so, which is smart coz it boosts their numbers which impresses advertisers and businesses.

Do they charge for that? If not, is there any plans in the future to charge to give access to these business accounts. If that happens, maybe there will be lot of limitations on the levels to go up.

This is a move in the right direction, i am just starting to use pinterest as another traffic source so it sounds like good news to me

They need more and more accounts.. They are not banning.. but just making them inaccessible..
