Yes there are some bots that are ready to use and works good. But i think 30 pins are to much per day

According to the community you can pin 7 pins/hour so that would be around 168 pins/day. It also depends if you have aged accounts and if these accounts have been dormant for a while. Pinterest also values quality over quantity, you can add new pins, but if you are going to be adding old stuff you might get flagged after a while.
