I'm still seeing regular pins promoting weight loss, so maybe it's just paid ads, for now.

Yes .. I see most of the sites are blocking weight loss ads .. the moment we put the post about weightloss pictures, once we refresh the site it's blocking the ads..

It's normal to get banned using Ads for weight loss Pins, be aware of this niche, and it's really complicated on Social Media platforms.
