I have get wordpress pinterest automatic plugin and got my domain banned in one day. Is there any way to unnan it from Pinterest?

Also what other can I use that is working well and how often should I pin?

The only way to attempt unbanning your domain or even your account is to appeal the ban. Sometimes it works other times it doesn't. You just have to contact Pinterest support.

I will recommend you warm up your account manually before using any automated tools, going forward.

Pinterest stopped working on automation a long time ago. Don't waste your time trying.

i had many accounts with Pinterest on auto post from a rss commerce feed scheduled with link back and it worked .. UNTIL IT DIDNT ! then lost all the accounts, If you know how to do this automatically i will pay to sign up for the service as it worked wonderfully..
