Hello,
does anyone know how I get Access to the Pinterest API without having a Homepage? They requests a link to my website and a link to the privacy policy.

Go to the Pinterest Developers site and sign up for an account. You can use your personal account or create a new one.
 
Yes I know that I have to sign up there. To get the access to the API I have to submit an APP. In the submit form I need to add a website and the privacy policy. And my question is how I can get the access without a website.

Create a simple blogger or google sites website add a privacy page.
