Try using different website setups. Most common ones are wp stores and review blogs. Maybe even a hubpage or something similar. Then tell us what works best

Impossible to tell. Totally depends on your niche, your followers (geo location, avg. age, etc.) and on the price level of the amazon products you promote.
Just give it a try and find out yourself!

It's hard to tell how many products can you sell with 100k followers, it all depends on your strategy and niche. You should look at a similar thread by healzer , you'll learn quite a few things from there if you're new to Pinterest + Amazon Associates Good luck.
