Pinterest + Amazon Associate

How do I match these two things...? Its not like i can put my link into description, bcs from what i have heard, pinterest might convert that link into its own link. What website should I create then to sell amazon products? Blog type or store?

either, if a store make sure your descriptions are unique. If you do a review site, again don't scrape straight from amazon. If your are new, they manually check once three qualifying sales have been made. If they reject your site, you could have hundreds of posts / products that are now useless

if you are new, they manually check, as i said. If they don't like you site then they terminate your account and so links will mean you don't get commission.

Hello,
Are you sure that Pinterest doesn’t allow putting affiliate links?
I always thought they do.
