No dude, No bot creates account perfectly. Even If it does, It cannot sign-up as per new sign-up procedures.

You only need some twitter accounts and email accounts to get your pinterest accounts. You can try to create your own imacro or bot. You can also use scrapebox or create the accounts manually (don't waste your time on searching for a bot).
How much want you pay for a bot?

OMG!! You are right. I don't why the hell I always used an Invite along with twitter + Emails to sign-up. Also I don't know why I am verifying emails by pinterest. Seriously you en-lightened me. iMacros is indeed an awesome piece of software, its eating up sales of Zennoposter. Creating accounts manually is a work everyone in the world dying to do.
I know a custom bot would do the work. But I told him about the bots available in the market. Don't take it to your heart.
