Pinterest Account in Save Mode - Not getting e-mails

    Hey there,

    my pinterest account got put into safe mode. It tells me to reset my password. That, however, seems to be impossible. When I try to send a reset e-mail, it tells me that no account is connected with that e-mail (even though it's the address in my pinterest profile).
    My account is connected with my website. I already tried to contact the pinterest support - but no1 cared to answer.
    I did change my e-mail adress once - but the old e-mail adress isn't working either. I am still logged in - but can't change anything.

    Since you guys seem to be real pinterest pro's here, I thought I'd ask around if you know how to regain account. I am not using any bots etc.

    Is there even a way?

    Not like they seem to be answering - ever.

    This is because of proxy. Don't often change your proxy to avoid BAN/SAFE MODE.

    As the above person said pinterest support is the only way around. They won't reply you instantly, you will get reply delayed by a week or 2. Even if you get a reply it will be automated message with TOS. Try to contact again and again at some point of time you may endup with a real human. But its a looong process and think twice and act if your account worth that time.

    Contact pinterest, they answered me after 2 days only! which is weirdly fast. Anyways stick to one proxy only and clear all cookies and bla bla you know the rest

    welll...I got some sort of reply...but nothing helpful as of now. The thing is - i don't understand how the normal reset password procedure can be so buggy. is that by intent?

    I din't found bug in reset password atleast for me. if there is any bug it will be solved within a day or two. The problem you are facing is within your account "safe mode".

    Nah...the problem has nothing to do with safe mode. However I am already in contact with a (real) pinterest employee and we are working things out :)
