There are a lot of calls for reviews of Pintensify, so I thought I would start a new thread. Please include your own experience.

If you are looking for a bot to re-pin, post, and like, those features are a lot more fleshed out and work well. Personally I was looking for a follow bot to help with marketing, and was disappointed to find out that it doesn't handle this well. The primary issue is around the tools available to find users to follow.

Searching for users who who follow a particular user, is by far the best method to get follow-backs. Anyone who uses a Twitter bot can attest to this. Pintensify doesn't offer this option, which is it's single biggest deficiency. I really hope they fix this one soon.

There is only one user search option, which is "Search By Text in the User's Profile". Pintensify grabs the first page of results, ignoring all pagination. Lets say you type in Video Games, it will grab the first 20 people with that in the profile, and then stop. Setting up an automated search is fairly useless since no results will show up again unless someone new registers. There could be thousands of people with the term in their profile, but since the bot won't go past the first page, you can't follow them.

As far as re-pinning, that feature is a lot more fleshed out with a bit more sophistication in it's searching. I have used it with some success, but the automated tools are a bit frustrating. Once you set up an automated re-pinning task, you can't edit it. You have to delete the entire thing and start over. This can be very frustrating as you work to refine. Other than that, it's solid.

If you are looking at this bot to help you with marketing, I wouldn't recommend it at this time. If you need something to automate your pinning and repining, I think it's pretty useful. I'm really hoping that some of these issues are resolved and will be sure to re-review if they are.

    Hello there.

I've recently used Pintensify. I find it a very easy to use software, and it really works. I started on as a search for Popular pins and users as a test, and as soon as the search was set up the results started setting in. Even now, my test Pinterest account is still actively pinning and re-pinning popular pins and following people. I think I already have a few followers too. I just haven't checked my Pinterest yet for now after two days ago.

So I decided to move on to the next step: start getting the pins I would really be interested in. Naturally, I'd go for keywords and categories. This is where the "fun" started. My Pintensify software couldn't find any pins that met my criteria! I manually checked my Pinterest account, and saw that there are pins that fit my keywords. So, now I'm stuck! I couldn't get my Pintensify to find those pins, except for the Popular ones.

I did send a ticket to Customer Support, but I have received no feedback. I added up linkme in his support Skype, but he hasn't shared contact details with me yet as well.

Has anyone encountered this problem with Pintensify too?

I have Pintensify for about 4 months now and I stopped using it a while ago, but I still have some issues with it. It's a good tool but the only problem is that the automations are not randomly made, but they're following an order which leaves a footprint ... and it's time consuming ... For example : if you run 30 accounts +repin, like, comment (+ the searches), the tool will first do all the searches, one by one, for each keyword or what ever you choosed, thenit will do the task if it's repin, like or comment. And all accounts will do the same task on the same time, and the problem is that they will do it on the same pattern. So if you're repinning, commenting and liking the pins on your main account, you'll see the exact order in all the pins ... and that doesn't help.

It's a great tool ! Yes ! I can't deny it, but it needs more updates and fixes regarding the price.

Did you get the software to search for keywords on the first try? Can you detail how you set up searches? I followed the video, but I think I might have missed something because that part was fast-forwarded.

I purchased the product today as the "Pre-release" and paid $250.00 for it. I got an email that said my license was updated but that it expires later today. I didn't receive the software and their 24/7 support was unavailable and hasn't responded to my request for the software. I may have lost my money on this one. It was expensive too! That's all I can say about it. I thought it was fishy that it has been in pre-release status since early last year. That's along time! *Cry*

UPDATE TO Pintensiy. I finally received the product after sending numerous support tickets. "Ashley McDonald" is quote running the show, she is clueless. The software doesn't work out of the box. The software doesn't come with any troubleshooting guide nor anything else to show you how to run the software. They expect you to make it work on your own. They claim they have IRC support but that is nonexistent as well. I sent support tickets looking for a refund since they won't support you on getting it to work. I don't think the software is even functional to tell you the truth. I think these people are scam artists. I'm going to report it to numerous agents and hopefully get back the $250.00 they stole. They said they would be in the Office this Monday 8-26-2013 but not one person has answered my support tickets or indicated they would refund me. It says they have a guaranteed 7 day refund policy but they won't even respond. Please don't buy this software from these crooks. Pray that I get my cash back, I'm only a student and they are taking advantage of me. I have no hope for getting refunded my money, they have put me through a lot already. If you want to spend $250.00 on a bot, get PinPal bot, they offer support and are real people that care for others and give a product that you purchased justly. Please report people like these artists to the FBI, BBB and RipOffReport
