Pintensify refund

Hey,

I contacted several times the owner in the support-ticket system. In the first 2 day's, I got directy an answer. Then, after I hadn't found an fix to a problem I had, which makes the software unusable, I didn't got any answer.

Posted also several times on the thread & contacted the user who posted the sells-thread here, no answer aswell.

Now it's almost 2 weeks from the time that I bought it, and like 10 day's without any answer.

What can I do? What should I do?

i just lost my parents last week but as a seller
i still check my sales page even though i will
be afk service wise for 4 weeks, it seems this
seller hasnt posted in 5/6 weeks.

some of us take pride in what we do - and some
just dont care .

If the problem get fixed, I wouldn't want an refund either. Then I could use the software But no idea..

just wait for a mod to drop by the thread
nothing much you can do for now as the user
