Pintbot 3 not working always showing TIMEDOUT

hI,
I keep running the bot for 2 hr but nothing happened..plz check the image it jut keep saying timeout

can you please help..

I thought this would be my best investment, I was not ready for this ...

I'm not familiar with this bot, but a timeout error usually happens when you use a proxy and it's either down or slow.
Are you using a proxy by any chance?

I realize you already wrote in the BST thread too, if it's not a proxy issue, the dev will help you out.

yes, not using any proxies...actually dev wants to create a new thread but I came to know this fact later after I have posted my question in the sales thread..sorry...
