Hi guys,

Blog commenting+Profile backlinks

Just wondering firstly what do you recommend mass pings or rss submission?

Secondly to ping i normally use pingfarm, are there any better methods/softwares to ping using?

In terms of rss submission what sites do you submit your rss too? How do you make them?

Lastly Linkliscious charges 50usd a month? Is it worth it to submit profile backlinks and blog comments to it?

Here is a great RSS submission service a BHW member set up just for us members. I typically just use this, and i have seen great results.

Wish you the best :)

Thanks for using PingFarm :D

We're going to be setting up some new FREE features/sites that everyone should love :)

Or Linklicious.me. :)

It integrates in with top link builders so it's fully automated and it'll drip feed out the pings. We've had several reported cases of people sandboxed for pinging a few hundred links a day to their site so I'd be very scared to ping thousands at once (unless it's spread across several sites).

Linklicious will also track crawls on the feeds because pinging once just doesn't work.

Biggest Issue: NO PP Accepted so no way to sign up! Else i would have!....

Pingfarm is amazing keep it up!

Bulkping i will try

i've used linklicious but the results weren't extraordinary. The pages got crawled but only a few indexed. I've seen that in general only pinging pages isn't enough to index them.

i use linklicious, remember that you can change the settings to get things done faster. the stock settings are a bit slow.

Yeah - getting links crawled will improve your indexing some, but ultimately indexing is up to the quality of the page itself as well as the inbound links.

Take advantage of pinging. Once Google learns about all your links you'll need to build less of them (or stronger ones)...

Indexing is the latest buzzword but not required to rank. It's like measuring PageRank... A nice number for sure, but ultimately pointless for your SERPs. Track your SERP results as that is the end goal!

Yeah. Just be sure not to ping 1000 links a day against your money site or you'll end up sandboxed. The default settings are there so we don't kill anyone's site on accident. I also use the stock settings to slowly drip out links over many weeks. I like set-it-and-forget-it...

rss also builds backlinks, i recently heard that pinging is not as effective as it once was, anyone have an opinion on that?

Pinging is a no brainer - just use common sense. You build 1000 profiles buried deep within forums. Google finds 10 or 20 that happen to have a link on the home page when it's crawled. 980 are never found. When you ping they get found.

I switch myself from pingomatic to ping farm and really enjoying the pinging. Waiting for the new features which will make it more easier to ping the blog posts.
