Hi i want to create some web 2.0 for my money site but i don't know one thing.
Do i have to build tier 2 links or ping these web 2.0? Or i can just make my web 2.0 and forget about them?

best thing would be build tier 3 links to them.

First Create Tier 2 and then Ping all of them....... Sit back and see the magic.

And what do you reccommend for tier 2 links? blog commenting or social bookmarks or something else?
