Quick questions I want to start pinging my site and Im prolly just gonna use pingler to do so. Can I get in trouble for this since my site is white hat?

just dont want to get banne by the big G

No, you will not get banned from google if you ping.

I am pretty sure you can't get in trouble from "the big g"....but don't take just my word on it

so im still trying to think of the benefits of pinging. I hear it is a must have if you wanna top the goog charts. Like people ping every back link they have? from what I hear this is a powerful tool... not sure if you could further explain it would be very helpful.

The benefit of pinging is speeding up indexing, That's about it I believe
