Hi Guys,
Just need some advice on how to use this feature in SB. I have my main money site and a keyword list of website related and generated to my main site from URLS scraped from SB.
My question is can I "ping" my one site with all the URLS harvested? Any particular settings and advice on pinging in SB please?

Pinging is basically dead.

Use links2rss.com and submit your feeds.

How to use the Ping Feature in SB:

A) Build 20K Verified profile links in XRumer
B) Backlink to these links using AutoApprove blog posts in SB (5-10 links per profile)
C) Ping the Blogs you posted to with SB

Watch the links juice roll in.

You should ping the urls of pages where your links live.
