Latest Update today 9/7/16 cannot pin and repin always timeout and active without any action

I want to buy a premium now, but pinbot 3 is having problem and healzer is not here to fix it.
The error happens to everyone or Does any one have a pinbot 3 still working well?
 
The problem is that Pinterest change continuously algos. I have to check it manually and until yesterday deleting pins a popup raised that cannot remove all pins and when you tried at the second time the same popup raised, but the pins had gone. Today manually is ok but pinbot not working. I bought it 4 months ago and about 2 to 3 weeks in this period did not work as should. The problem is that you cannot have any information if is an upcoming update under way or not.
 
Same thing happens to me. Follow sometimes don't work as well.
 
And me, was using pinbot 2.0 as a backup until 3.0 gets sorted, but that stopped working today as well :-(
 
Where is the proper download link for PinBot 3.0. I only have a link to 2.0?
I am in need of the Premium Bot Download but cannot locate an active download link.
