Hey guys,
I noticed many of my competitors they get roughly 40% of the traffic through google by someone searching their domain onto google.
For example DucksBalloons.com, they will search "DucksBalloons" or "Ducks Balloons".
And the competition for these keywords are 0, but will get anywhere between 500 to 50 000 visitors a month, according to Ahrefs.
I noticed big companies are doing this to, for example "BigCommerce Vs Shopify", "Square Vs Shopify", "Magento Vs Shopify", etc, etc.
So my question is, should I rank for the domain names of my competitors, or is this pointless because they are searching for that specific store, and not mine (BTW: we sell the same things, from the same manufacturers), and if so how should I go about it?
Should I write an article, or make a youtube video, or use PBNs?
