I think I am missing something.
Why when I present my services to potential customers they all get really excited... (sms marketing, mobile websites,...) then when I send them email with prices suddenly they are not available or busy, or have no time to new meeting and sign contract ?

It seems they want me to work for free even though they see potential in my services... ?
My prices are really less than BIG companies competitors.

May be I look to cheap and need to wear tie. I really do not understand.

How do you deal with this guys ? is it the same for you ?

Maybe they aren't taking you seriously because you have a pidgeon's face?

Maybe you should not talk about prices until you have met face to face (you marketing to local businesses?).

Yes, I go to local business explain who I am what I am doing and what I can offer to them. When explain what I can do I see they eyes bright and their mind spinning for ideas... We do not speak price.
Then I go home I send them an email with sum-up and prices. In about 3 days later I call again to make sure they have received email with prices... and they all are very busy at that time...

Pidgeon's face is french expression ... I just supposed in english was the same. :D

Present your prices the same day you met them.
Learn to read their body language, and learn to sell your price.
Assuming what you said is true, then you already got them all excited and heated up during the first conversation.
Why would you leave then, and give them the time to cooldown?

as you explain everything, give them 3 choices, one package and its price (cheapest) the last one (most expensive)
then ask a closing question such as "which package suits you the best?"

You should close the deal when they are excited, most of the deals are closed like this.

Tell them the prices when they are excited. Why in the world wouldn't you be closing them on the spot??? That is like meeting a girl at the bar that is into you and ready to go home with you...but then you say "I'll go home and call you" - by that time 100 other guys have hit on her and one has taken her home. Close them when they are excited.

That is so true ! And Why I am not closing them on the spot ? I assume closing means asking at least 50% deposit or whatever deposit (30% or 20%,...) and sign contract. In US and UK it seems that business are made right on the spot. When people say YES it is done. Here in south Europe, YES it means OK LATER. They are interested but are so cautious. Before making decision they ask their mother sister and gramma,.. While asking all family, after 3 days they are already cold. Ok in the end I must make sales so I will revise my strategy as something is wrong. I am not blaming potential customer but I will adapt to this situation. May be I should make eagle face.

Just get more aggressive and don't give up. You have to learn to accept "no" and just let it roll off and be on the next prospect right away. Sometimes you will get 100 no's before a yes. This is a numbers game. Good luck!

Try putting an expiration on your special pricing to pressure them to take action quicker.

Well, I close my deals trought making them excited to almost cum off their tiny dick full of money, then sbam, i take out the contract and show em the price, and summin up all I explained in last 30mins, within 1 minute. If they sign right there, it's closed. If they say "I'll let you know", it means you'll never get a penny from those, so it's obvious you aren't doing any money.
