Should I really be concerned about legal issues when I take pictures
from google images? Has anybody ever run into problems?

what type of picture do you wana use ???

I am using many pic from google images and never fall in problem so far

You can't trust us (and certainly not me) for legal advice. ALWAYS do your own due diligence, but I can say that I use them all the time (though I usually doctor them some in Photoshop) and have no problems.

Thanks man I'm just using some random pictures I pulled off
Google I just wanted to make sure I don't get into any trouble with that.

Yea I was just seeing what everyone else is doing and I have shopped the images as well.

You can do it it but eventually what happens if you or a client gets sued? I use sxc.hu for when i need stock images for my clients. Its free....

After using Google images, You are safe until you are claimed. It is better to go for stock images.

The writing is pretty much on the wall, as long as you dont get caught and im sure 100, 000 s of websites do and have no problems, but you dont want to be the one that does if you can avoid it.

why r u not going with google royalty free image. if you will use royalty free image then you have not to worry about google legal issue.
