Picture Quiz Script?

So I've been seeing some quizzes floating around Facebook like the ones you see here: http://quizsocial.com or buzzfeed. What script or plugin are they using to create them? I can't seem to find anything on it. I just keep finding really simple and awful looking quiz scripts...

I think they have created their own scripts - I think you need to create your own plugin/script if you are interested in this kind of websites.
