Picking a SEO guy

Can anyone recommend a GREAT SEO guy? I have a real estate site with a 10 yr old domain that I want on Page 1.

yeah i do call myself GREAT :) ... between you can check with the HIRE A FREELANCER section or BST !!
 
my experiences with high pr blog comment its is great SERPs results instant ranking solution.
 
I'm great, but I don't work for others... And if I did, my daily rate would be significantly prohibitive for 99.9% of would-be clients, as would that of any other 'great SEO guy'.
I don't want to be a nay-sayer here, but I suggest you'll get a mediocre SEO guy, at best, if he's offering his services for hire.

I don't think the best SEOers are not for hire, too. I am sure they have an army of websites already before they do SEO for others.

To OP, be careful on the market place though - don't go with the ones that have reviews saying

" Fast service, great report "

Thank you. I want people to be honest with me. That's why I posted here. Surely, somebody on here knows somebody that actually does great work and would be willing to take on a small project. I'm a little skeptical of the marketplace as I don't know who is good and who is a scammer.

a living to recommend you someone good to do seo do you
really think you are going to get the best reviews?
