Picked up a DR40 Expired Domain Now What?

The domain format is Q55255.com, backlinkins are on the spammy side with a few casino links. Doing a search on MXtoolbar.com the only thing it's blacklisted on is "Blacklisted by UCEPROTECTL1" Google search console shows there's no manual actions or issues with the domain.

Still a bit new to expired domains, 2 things that I was thinking about trying
1. set it up as a guest blog platform.
2. set up a a low KD niche

It's probably a Chinese spam domain. Once you buy it, DR will fall to zero, as they use some kind of SAPE type networks, to boost domains, once they are done with them, its just a nice stats on Ahrefs...
 
Put something up under that domain, like 10 or so legit posts, see if it ranks for anything in 3 months. If it does, then it's clean.
